HOTEL DELIGHT

citizenM inherently understands what humans need from a stay in a hotel, which makes it the most human hotel in the world. So with the rapid progression of AI, we saw an opportunity to position citizenM as the most human hotel there is – by using AI to do the opposite.
Idea
We played with AI and its reliance on clichés as source material to make a fake ad. The ad showed an awfully inhuman pretend hotel – Hotel Delight – which is full of hotel clichés in a horribly robotic way. Prepare to be terrifically entertained.
